The UK based retailer is an iconic name in the north with customers who have been shopping with them for years and the service is very personal, and trading is predominantly through their stores. The onset of the pandemic meant they wanted to embrace technology even more and produce an omni-channel strategy by leveraging the available digital systems

Approach

We ran an intense two week discovery with two clear outcomes.

Following the recommendation our engagement was retained to provide the technology and procurement capabilities to implement the first phase of the programme which involved implementing a new world class ecommerce platform.
