The challenge to us was simple. Help set up the transformation programme to deliver the Technology to support the aggressive growth ambition. To achieve the ambitious goal of tripling B2C sales within five years, the manufacturer needed to overhaul its technology infrastructure and processes. This transformation was not just a technical challenge but also a significant cultural shift, requiring alignment across all levels of the organization. The opportunity lay in leveraging this transformation to not only meet revenue targets but also to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and foster innovation across the business.

Approach

Our approach began with developing a compelling transformation narrative that connected the company’s growth objectives with the broader strategic vision. This narrative was crucial in gaining buy-in from the executive team and senior management. We facilitated workshops and consultations to ensure the “Why” behind the transformation was clearly understood and embraced. Recognizing the widespread impact on business functions, we appointed transformation champions within each vertical. These champions were tasked with advocating for the transformation, managing change communications, and ensuring that the initiative was effectively implemented across their respective areas.
